The third the Advancing Mass Spectrometry (AMS) for Biophysics and Structural Biology conference will be held at the University of Texas campus in Austin, TX in July, 2023. After the great success of our last two meetings, we strongly believe that science discussed at this meeting will continue to shape the roadmap for important scientific questions, such as:  What forces determine and drive the three-dimensional structure of biomolecules? Can we understand and predict them?  How will we define the three-dimensional structure of all biomolecules within an organism? To what extent can this information be used to develop new therapeutics for debilitating human diseases?  Can we develop a deep, fundamental understanding of biomolecular structure so that measurements performed in any phase, within any form of matter, can be applied freely to unraveling questions concerning biological function?  

We anticipate an attendance of 100-150 scientists at our meeting and will soon post a preliminary list of invited speakers. Because we are operating this conference without the support of a large foundation, we need your help to make this meeting a success!  We hope that your organization will commit funds to help us defray the costs associated with speaker travel/housing, catering, logistics, and planning a meeting of this magnitude.  In return, we would be pleased to offer you a booth, corporate poster, and/or advertising space during the AMS meeting and on this website in a manner that is commensurate with your level of support.
